I haven't been following football closely for awhile now, but I did come across this story.
Pogba set to leave Juventus after doping ban reduced
Latest from Sky Sports News' Kaveh Solhekol:
Paul Pogba is expected to leave Juventus after the Court of Arbitration of Sport officially announced his doping ban has been cut.
After it was announced that his doping ban was reduced from four years to 18 months last week, the Frenchman can train in January and play again in March.
The 31-year-old will have offers from clubs in Europe, United States and Saudi Arabia.
Pogba - who tested positive for dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), a compound that promotes the production of hormones in the body including testosterone - wants to play football again and he feels a fresh start would be best for him and his career.
Nothing is without purpose in this world, so what is striking me is that this is a way of saying take more supplements even the greatest athletes in the world do it and it is not a bad thing really. It is what the best do to get that edge, do you need an edge - give us some money and we will provide it.
USADA say this www.usada.org/spirit-of-sport/athletes-know-about-dhea/
In almost all countries except the U.S., DHEA is treated as a controlled anabolic steroid. In the U.S., DHEA is exempt from the Controlled Substances Act, which means it is treated differently from other steroids. DHEA is also allowed in dietary supplements by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Why else would they be so keen to let a drug cheat off. Something also tells me that a guy who gets paid about £8.8m a year and has a net worth of £106m doesn't work out his own supplement and nutrition regimen, it seems unlikely if all these other athletes are getting caught that Pogba (as high profile as he is) would be the one to be caught and let off for doing it.
If this was serious he (and possibly France) would be stripped of their 2018 World Cup winners titles and Juventus stripped of the, at least four La Liga titles.. However, Man Utd wouldn't lose anything of their titles they bought with his £90m signing - lol!

If Pogba is boosting his testosterone with DHEA, and of course within the matrix it is nigh on impossible to tell, then that would suggest that most athletes are too.
So the question is - is this a supplement sales gimmick or have you guys got any other interesting theories?
Based on this, there is no defence for talking it. So there should be no excuse.

In his wiki there is also a mention of witchcraft extortion plot, so it strikes me that he is happy to push all kinds of agendas. Oh and his doping ban was handed down on 9/11 or 11 September - but I don't suppose there is anything more than a coincidence interval in that.
Anyhoo, just though I would flag it....
