That site is by Rae West, the "re-revisionist" historian. Miles once remarked about him he couldn't figure him out, spook or just bonkers, too critical, or I don't know what. At least they're not close friends, Rae is always complaining Miles doesn't answer his e-mails.
About the printing of the pdf's: I took that remark as a joke, during a discussion on CTTF about how internet would be more and more manipulated and eventually mayby black-out, so the only way to be save would be to print all Miles writings on paper and put it in your safe.
That big-lies site indeed has a search, and a whole mess below it. A mess of rephrasing, praise and then suspicion? Another puzzle, I pass for now. About printing. Mainly I print new papers to read them outside, when the weather is nice. I am a bit of a hoarder for certain digital content, storing offline copies for work-subjects and hobby electronics. In that regard it proved to be a useful habit. But as for Miles his papers, I am currently not worried about access. There was this one time our country blocked downloads from Miles his site, for one day. That was weird.

Michael: "is Rae's site worth a read": Thank you for asking but I wouldn't know, he doesn't say that much anyway. Maybe just discard it, as Erwin said. He's also pushing / publising Hexane527, and I would be curious what people think of him. I was impressed when reading his stuff, but that was also some time ago yet.
