I love Miles Caesium paper and his theory on UFOS. I don't subscribe to the idea of aliens or abductions or any of that woo. I do believe there are human beings with a separate set of technology however. A while back there was a researcher by the name of Richard Dolan, who had a pretty decent lecture on what he called a "breakaway civilization" of people, who for one reason or another, broke off from the rest of us and were possibly far more technologically advanced. That dovetails quite nicely with Miles Caesium paper in my opinion. What's odd though is that Dolan has all but forgotten about what seemed to be his crown jewel up to that point in his career. I mean he will not even address a breakaway civilization at all. Also, the talk itself isn't exactly the easiest to find on YouTube any more either. All people like Dolan are suspect right from the start or are eventually corrupted. This we know. But I believe his early theory was gold and that he was sincere and actually onto something. What are your thoughts?

You can see that he (Dolan) was starting to really understand a few things. I am by no means saying he's got a full grasp of everything, but this guy was putting things together, contradictory to his education. Then nothing.

Miles has a theory that the human race came from Saturn's big moon, Titan. It has a thicker atmosphere than Earth, but not as thick as that of Venus. Could that be the original breakaway civilization? If he thinks we had space traveling ability some millennia ago, I don't know why he thinks we don't now. If there was civilization on Titan in the past, it surely hasn't survived, since the temperature is very cold (-180 degrees Celsius), way colder than Antarctica. I think the moon landings were real, although I don't rule out a lot of deception could have been involved.

I would be very interested to know if he has had any new breakthroughs on this particular theory

Where did he address Titan's lack of heat?

@ Joey, That is one of his best papers. I've gone back to it many times. "Is this easy or what?" is a pointer in the right direction.

He was exposing the ownership group or something. I can't really remember, sorry. But I was quoting him from that same paper that we like so much.
