Interesting video about RAF bomber crews being told, and witnessing, German antiaircraft artillery or possibly rockets, that would burst and simulate a bomber blowing up. The purpose, allegedly, was to demoralize the aircrew.
Of course, everyone denied it afterward. The narrator fails to consider that the hoax could have been on a far greater scale than some fake flak.
