Blueberries are not really healthy, they only have vitamin c and some minerals. They lack most micronutrients that we can only get from animal products.
Sardines are ok i guess, vitamin D and B12. Raw they would better as you would get more of the micronutrients.

Sardines, salmon, shrimp and crab are good for omega-3 fatty acids, good especially for the brain, and they're low in toxic metals. Blueberries and other fruits and vegs are good, especially raw, except for goitrogens, like cabbage family, which need to be cooked or fermented. I ferment my cabbage. James Sloane had a forum called Truth in Medicine at Curezone.com where I got a lot of his health info and posted it on my substack at naturalremedieswiki.substack.com/p/list-of-ailments-and-natural-remediesHe had a list of the ten best foods & herbs and ten best supplements which I posted at naturalremedieswiki.substack.com/p/best-daily-foods-and-supplements . His #8 for foods/herbs is bees, ants & grasshoppers. If they were cleaned and powdered, I might consider them. He said they have the highest percentage of complete protein. Maybe we should start a bug farm and a processing plant.
